Where is Tiny Love jewelry made?

All our TiNY LOVE jewelry is designed with so much love and is handcrafted to perfection in Athens, Greece.

What materials do you use in your jewelry?

All our gold-plated jewelry is made of sterling silver 925 with a thick layer of 24K gold (1micron).

Can we order your jewelry in gold material?

Yes, you can order all our pieces in 14K gold or 18K gold. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will inform you of the prices and production time.

Which methods of payment are acceptable?

Payments can be made by Electronic bank transfer, credit, debit, and prepaid cards from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners. All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Is there a physical shop?

No, you can only shop online for the time being.

Can I send you a jewelry for repair?

Yes, if you need to repair a piece, please email us at [email protected] and we will inform you of the next steps.
After we receive and examine the specific piece, we evaluate the cost (if any) of the repair and we will proceed with it only after your confirmation.
The shipping cost to send the jewelry to us and back to you is paid by the customer.

Can I send you a piece of jewelry for re-plating?

All our gold-plated jewelry is liable to lose its color over time. The fading of the gold plating depends on various factors, such as direct contact with chemical products used for skincare, level of perspiration or even your natural skin PH.
Please contact us and we will re-plate it with a small charge.
The shipping cost to send the jewelry to us and back to you is paid by the customer.

How can I take care of my jewelry?

Your TiNY LOVE jewelry is precious and deserves some extra love to stay sparkling. Here are some golden rules to keep your jewelry shining bright:
- Take off your jewelry before making a splash in the shower or taking a dip in the pool.
- Avoid direct contact between your jewelry and perfumes, lotions, creams, or any other chemicals.
- Before you hit the gym or engage in any sweat-inducing activities, be sure to remove your jewelry.
- Give your jewelry some tender loving care by occasionally cleaning and polishing it with a soft cloth.
- Keep your jewelry away from steamy situations. Avoid storing them in the bathroom or any other humid spots.
- When you're not rocking your TiNY LOVE treasures, give them a cozy home in an air-tight jewelry box.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?

In case you received a faulty or damaged product you should contact us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours after the package is received, based on the courier tracking number information and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If there is obvious damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us as soon as possible.
Please also try to take a photo of the damaged package, if possible. We will contact our courier partners to investigate and inform you of the next steps.

Where do you deliver?

- We deliver all over Greece. We offer free shipping for all orders in Greece and delivery takes 1-3 business days from the day of shipment.
- We also deliver in EU COUNTRIES with a rate between 18€ to 21€ and delivery takes 2-4 business days from day of shipment. The shipping costs differ among some of the Balkan countries. Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes.
- We also deliver in NON-EU COUNTRIES with a rate between 28€ to 53€ and delivery in 2-4 business days from the day of shipment.
Customers from a non E.U. country, might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections. All items will require a signature on delivery. Please note that TiNY LOVE is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.

Will I be informed when my order will be ready to be shipped?

Once your order is ready to ship out, you will receive an email notification with all your tracking and shipping information.

What is the return policy?

In order to change or return an item you should inform us via email at [email protected] with your intention and we will inform you about the next steps.
All pieces may be returned for a refund or exchange, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that all shipping return costs are to be paid by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
Make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. We will not accept any items that are damaged in any way. We may send them back to you and the refund will be refused.
Please note that if you request one of our pieces in Gold material or if you ask for a specific re-adjustment on an item it becomes custom made and it is not returnable nor refundable.
Upon receipt of the items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take up to 7 working days to credit your account.

Can I cancel my order?

In case you want to cancel your order you can contact us via email at [email protected] within one hour after completing your order.
